Exams:

Many issues I aim to address are suited to a telehealth platform. Of course, as in any medical field, there are times when a hands-on physical exam is needed. I am not able to provide that in a virtual setting, but will happily advise you to see an OBGYN in an office setting if appropriate.

Prescriptions and Medical Care:

Due to licensing and prescribing regulations, I am only able to see patients virtually who live in the following states: WI, NY, NJ, IL, CA and FL. I am also able to send in prescriptions to your local pharmacy when provided with the contact information. Please be in touch if you live in a state or country not on this list to let me know of your interest for consultation.

Halachic:

I practice on this platform as a medical doctor first and foremost. Though I have a strong and knowledgeable background and experience in the issue and concerns related to Taharat Hamishpacha, I recognize that each Jewish woman has a unique and personal way of observing. I strongly encourage concordant consultation with your local rabbinic authority for rulings that need halachic input. My goal is to give comprehensive education on your specific medical concern, so you are able to make a fully informed decision for yourself. It is your choice to involve halachic authority in that decision or not.

No Show Appointments:

These policies are in effect to avoid wasting both the patient and doctors time. We very much appreciate advanced warning if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment time. If you make an appointment and do not show up for it within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, that will be considered a "no-show". You will be given one chance to reschedule it at a mutually convenient time. If you no-show to that one as well, you will forfeit the appointment cost.

We also use Google Analytics Advertiser Features to optimize our business. Advertiser features include:

Facebook & Instagram:
As advertisers on Facebook and Instagram and through our Facebook and Instagram pages, we, (not Facebook or Instagram) may collect content or information from a Facebook/Instagram user and such information may be used in the same manner specified in this Privacy Policy. You consent to our collection of such information.

We abide by Facebook/Instagram’s Data Use Restrictions.

Any ad data collected, received or derived from our Facebook/Instagram ad (“Facebook/Instagram advertising data”) is only shared with someone acting on our behalf, such as our service provider. We are responsible for ensuring that our service providers protect any Facebook/Instagram advertising data or any other information obtained from us, limit our use of all of that information, and keep it confidential and secure.

We do not use Facebook/Instagram advertising data for any purpose (including retargeting, commingling data across multiple advertisers’ campaigns, or allowing piggybacking or redirecting with tags), except on an aggregate and anonymous basis (unless authorized by Facebook/Instagram) and only to assess the performance and effectiveness of our Facebook advertising campaigns.
We do not use Facebook/Instagram advertising data, including the targeting criteria for a Facebook/Instagram ad, to build, append to, edit, influence, or augment user profiles, including profiles associated with any mobile device identifier or other unique identifier that identifies any particular user, browser, computer or device.
We do not transfer any Facebook/Instagram advertising data (including anonymous, aggregate, or derived data) to any ad network, ad exchange, data broker or other advertising or monetization related service.

Children’s Privacy Statement:
This children’s privacy statement explains our practices with respect to the online collection and use of personal information from children under the age of thirteen and provides important information regarding their rights under federal law with respect to such information.

It is our policy to not allow video recording of appointments. If that is something you were hoping to be able to do, we request that you ask prior to see if special permission could be granted.
